“The joy is in the journey” is the best way to describe my career as an artist. An avid life-long learner, I am continually learning new techniques, subject matter and media.  Painting directly from nature, either in my garden or on the Chesapeake Bay makes me the happiest.  I see the landscape as an endless feast of color, shape and texture.
